Michelle J. Woodland, MBA is the founder of WLS Hospitality, a hospitality operations and revenue agency focused on helping hotels, restaurants, and food & beverage operations run smoother, more profitable businesses.
With a background that spans more than a decade in hotels, restaurants, and catering, and another decade designing training and education, Michelle specializes in comprehensive solutions that blend training, process design, onboarding, and leadership support.
Through WLS Hospitality, she partners with hospitality leaders who want to improve operations, boost revenue, and reduce turnover—without increasing costs or overwhelming their teams.
