My name is Michelle Woodland and my career has always been empowering learners with skills that set them up for success in the workplace. 

Building on my background as a teacher and instructor I founded Woodland Learning Solutions to design and develop training solutions that improve performance and solve problems. 

As an adaptable instructional designer with a talent for designing learner-centered training programs for adult learners, I excel at collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and transform source content into effective training programs.  

My strong background in curriculum development, coupled with adult learning theory, allows me to create tailored learning solutions that change behavior and improve performance. 

When I'm not designing learning experiences I'm hiking, cooking, and watching soccer.
